REFUND POLICY: In the case of the conference having to be cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund. In the case of the conference having to pivot to an online format, registrants will be refunded a portion of the fees corresponding to food and venue costs. If registrants cancel before 15 May 2022, they will be refunded their fee minus an administrative charge of $30. If registrants cancel after 15 May 2022, they will be ineligible for a refund.
